Final Resolution
The preparatory meeting for a Unified MLM International Conference.
Signatories parties and organizations of the Joint Declaration of the May Day 2019 from Turkey, Italy, Colombia, Afghanistan, Galicia, Tunisia, Nepal, Canada participated or sent messages and letters. Comrades from France, Manipur, Sri Lanka could not participate.
There was an intense, combative and unitary debate about the way to achieve a large unified international conference of all the MLM Parties and Organization in the world in the necessary and urgent times in order to give response to the great wave of struggles of proletarians and oppressed peoples which develops in the world today against imperialism as rotten and decaying system to make New Democratic and Socialist revolutions.
The participants decided to make all efforts to treat positions and contradictions with the method of unity-struggle-unity at the service of the unitary conveying of this historical conference, taking as basis of unity the stand of comrades of India on the formation of an international organization of the proletariat.
The proletariat is an international class and it is the most revolutionary to accomplish the mission of emancipating the humanity through world proletarian revolution by destroying the imperialist system and all reaction and marching to communism.
This is the basis of the need for an international organization of the proletariat.
The RIM played a leading role in popularising the lessons of the people’s war in Peru and Nepal. It adopted Marxism-Leninism-Maoism by the international Maoist movement, contributed to the formation of new Maoist parties in some countries. However, CoRIM became arrogant and with its subjective evaluations and sectarian attitude created obstacles and harms to the International Maoist movement. It is important that a summation of its experiences will include a review of its ideological, political positions in its Declaration of foundation.
Any international organization requires a just and correct relationships between parties and it depends on the correctness of the ideological and political line.
The objective situation holds immense potential which calls up the IMC to make this step forward.
The building up an organisation needs preparations in all its aspects, with consultations as wide as possible with all parties organizations based on the adherence to Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and a clear demarcation from the new-revisionism of Prachanda-Bhattarai and Avakian.
Therefore, the parties and organizations participating in the meeting decided to form a Committee which will accomplish this task.
Long live Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!
Long live proletarian internationalism!
Long live the new Unified International Conference!

This Resolution is published late for tecnical and political problems The Commitee proposed is not a new International Organisation neither the Organizative Commitee of the International Conference His task is limited for performing all attemps for a Unified Commitee that can to convocate the Unifed International Conference with bilatelar and multilatelar meetings with the parties and organisations mlm and other Commitee engaged for this task.

Resolución Final Unificada
Hubo la reunión preparatoria para una Conferencia Internacional Unificada MLM. Participaron y enviaron mensajes y cartas organizaciones y partidos MLM firmantes de la Declaración Conjunta del Primero de Mayo 2019 de Turquía, Italia, Colombia, Afganistán, Galicia, Tunez, Nepal, Canadá. No pudieron participar camaradas de Francia, Manipur, Sri Lanka.
Hubo un debate intenso, combativo y unitario sobre el camino para realizar una gran conferencia internacional unificada de todos los partidos y organizaciones MLM del mundo en el tiempo necesario y urgente para responder a la gran ola de luchas de los proletarios y pueblos oprimidos que se desenvuelven hoy en el mundo contra el imperialismo como sistema podrido y decadente y por revoluciones de Nueva Democracia y Socialistas.
Los participantes han decidido hacer todos los esfuerzos para tratar posiciones y contradicciones con el método se unidad-lucha-unidad al servicio de la convocación unitaria de esta histórica conferencia, asumiendo como base de unidad la posición de los camaradas de la India sobre la formación de una organización internacional del proletariado.
El proletariado es una clase internacional y la más revolucionaria de la historia para cumplir su misión de emancipar a la humanidad a través de la revolución proletaria mundial que destruya el sistema imperialista y la reacción y marche hacia el comunismo.
Esta es la base de una organización internacional del proletariado.
El MRI desarrolló un papel positivo en la divulgación de las lecciones de las guerras populares en Perú y Nepal. Adoptó el MLM, contribuyó a la formación de nuevos partidos comunistas en algunos países. Sin embargo, el CoRim fue arrogante en su evaluación subjetiva y con una actitud sectaria que creó obstáculos y daños para el movimiento maoísta internacional. Es importante que el balance de la experiencia del MRI incluya un examen de sus posiciones ideológicas y políticas de su Declaración de fundación.
Cada organización internacional demanda una justa y correcta relación entre todos los partidos y esto depende de una correcta línea ideológica y política.
La situación objetiva tiene un potencial inmenso que llama al MCI a realizar este paso adelante.
La construcción de una organización internacional demanda una preparación en todos sus aspectos con consultas lo más amplias posible de todos los partidos y organizaciones sobre la base del MLM y una clara demarcación con el neorevisionismo de Prachanda-Bhattarai y lo de Avakian.
Por esto los partidos y organizaciones participantes a la reunión decidieron conformar un Comité para cumplir esta tarea.

Esta resolución se publica tardíamente por problemas técnicos y políticos. El Comité propuesto no es una nueva Organización Internacional ni el Comité Organizador de la Conferencia Internacional. Su tarea está limitada a realizar todos los intentos para un Comité Unificado que pueda convocar la Conferencia Internacional Unificada con reuniones bilatelares y multilatelares con los partidos y organizaciones de mlm y otros comités comprometidos en esta tarea.
La resolución toma como buena base para avanzar en la unidad de los mlm un texto emitido por PCI (maoísta): este texto no es para publicación, pero los partidos y las organizaciones pueden solicitarlo, para conocimiento, a maoistroad@gmail.com
